Modern Soul Sessions

I have been involved with music all my life I started DJ-ing when still at school in 1976 since then I have had over 30 years experience playing to corporate events, pubs, clubs and discos of every sort. After a short break from working live, events have dictated that I must follow my passions and return to the music that means most to me; modern soul. What is modern soul I hear you ask? Well it's not Northern which seems to be predominantly 60s based or R 'n' B which seems to often be tinged with lyrical masters doing there thing. The joy of all this is hunting out those elusive new tunes coupled with all the rich wealth of classic soul and disco from across the decades so join me between the hours of 10 and 12 every Saturday morning for something a little different but always lively. I do intend to take the show out on the road in 2012 so if any one knows of suitable venues please feel free to pass on my details.
