Secklow Sounds first broadcast was in December 2011. It's the brainchild of Mike Johnson (Managing Director), who first cut his teeth in broadcasting back in 1989 on Adventist Radio Milton Keynes (ARMK), which went on to produce a series of short-term (RSL) annual broadcasts around Christmas and New Year up until 2008. Tony Carty
Tony Carty is an avid enthusiast of film music; so names like Dimitri Tiomkin, Elmer Bernstein, Jerry Goldsmith, Alfred Newman and Max Steiner are important to him, besides Rozsa, Barry, Morricone, Herrmann, Waxman, Williams and many others. He is also partial to TV music, shows, musicals and nostalgia. Has had several years’ experience on radio (at CRMK and MK Hospital).
